At Mateína, we make it easy to enjoy our yerba mate products through one-time purchases and subscriptions, with pre-orders available on rare occasions. This cancellation policy explains how you can manage or cancel these types of purchases.
ONE-TIME PURCHASES
When you place a one-time purchase through our website, you can cancel or edit your order yourself within 59 minutes of purchase on the order status page, accessible via your order confirmation email. After this window, please contact us at info@mateina.ca with your order details to request a cancellation before the order is fulfilled and shipped. We’ll do our best to assist promptly, but cancellations are not guaranteed after 59 minutes due to processing times. Once an order is fulfilled, cancellations are not possible due to the nature of our products, but you may be eligible for a refund under our Satisfaction Guarantee if you opted into Corso at checkout. SUBSCRIPTIONS
When you sign up for a subscription, you’ll enjoy repeat deliveries of your favorite Mateína products based on the frequency you choose. All subscriptions auto-renew until you choose to cancel or skip a delivery.

PRE-ORDERS
